CLEVER MULTI-GRIP CHIN UP STATION

The new 32mm Multi-Grip knurled Chin Up Bar (350kg weight rating) has 5 different positions to target a wide range of muscles. Grip positions include wide-grip, close grip, underhand and overhand to effectively target a huge range of upper body muscles.

You’ll have the G3® All-In-One Trainer assembled and ready to use in no time! Typical assembly time is around 2-3 hours, with Force USA providing simple-to-follow instructions and no need to pay for a professional technician.

The unit also comes with holes in the base so you can bolt it to the floor for extra stability.

ADD UPGRADE KITS FOR GREATER VERSATILITY

Enhance the number of exercises you can do by adding the G3 Upgrade Kit or the compatible G20 Upgrade Kit.

• The G3 Upgrade Kit includes Lat Seat and Lat Bar for Lat Pulldowns, plus a Low Row Foot Plate and Close Grip Triangle.
